Promotion applicable for new clients and Canadian equity

This promotion is non-transferable.

The 25 free trades (the corresponding commission credit)
must be used during the first 3 months after the account
opening.

Minimum commission per trade is $5 during the first
calendar month of account opening, for an unlimited number
of trades. Thereafter, minimum commissions are calculated
based on the account activity of the previous month.

Promotion has an approximate value of $125.00 CDN based
on 25 transactions at minimum commission of $5 CDN each.

Upon client’s request, the $125 CDN commission credit
may be converted to US dollars at the prevailing exchange
rate, and applied to US equity and option trades.

The official commissions and fees schedule listed on the
DisnatDirect website will apply to every trade. For
each trade, the appropriate amount will be automatically
deducted from the $125 CDN commission credit that clients
receive upon account opening.

General Conditions
Service offered to Canadian residents only. Commissions
are charged in the currency of the transaction. Use of the
platform is free for a period of up to two months (first
two calendar months**). Regular prices listed above are those
established by the table of fees and commissions. DisnatDirect
reserves the right to modify or terminate, without notice
and at any time following the opening of an account, the
offer of free trades and/or the offer of free use of the
platform for the first two calendar months. Same rules
will apply to promotions offered by DisnatDirect during special
events. All conditions and requirements for opening
and maintaining an account are applicable. All further

site under the section “Open an account”.
**The maximum free period is two calendar
months, including the month in which the account is activated
- i.e. the free period ends as of the last day of the month
following the month in which the account is activated; regardless
of when during the month activation occurred. In the event
where a primary account holder with power of attorney controls
trading of other account(s) on the same platform, the 2 month
free platform and the $5 minimum commission for 30 days do
not apply to the sub-account(s).
