open a disnatDirect account

Opening a DisnatDirect account is fast and simple:

1. Download, complete and sign the account application form.

2. Download, print, complete and sign any supplementary documents, if required.

3. According to the type of account(s) you wish to open, attach the following documents:

• A legible photocopy of your valid driver's license (both sides) or passport
• A minimum initial deposit of $15,000 or more. If your initial deposit is a part of a transfer-in, please attach a personal cheque of $10 or more, made out to "Desjardins Securities" , to be deposited to your DisnatDirect account.
• Any additional document that would be required to open your account.

Important:
Please ensure that you complete and sign all forms.
