Clear Sky Land Lease Communities Fund I investment's objectives are to provide Unitholders with an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of income-producing manufactured housing community residential real estate properties in the U.S; provide unitholders with quarterly cash distributions commencing on June 30, 2024 and enhance the potential for long-term growth of capital executing on its investment strategy. The Trust’s investment strategy is to enhance long-term growth includes, occupancy stabilization through infill of vacant pads and home sales; strategic capital improvements, mark-to-market rent pricing; enhancement of community experience; community expansions through development of excess land where feasible and revenue and cost optimization initiatives.
