Anthem Citizen Real Estate Development Trust is a newly-created, unincorporated investment trust established primarily for the purpose of indirectly owning an interest in the Citizen Prooject, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development project located in the Metrotown neighbourhood of Burnaby, BC. The city of Burnaby is part of Metro Vancouver, Canada’s third-largest metropolitan area. The REDT will be managed by Anthem Properties Group Ltd.
