Company Description
Technologies Inc. is the world’s leading provider of computer-aided design and sales software for the interior design industry. The Company’s software offers design, specification, photo-realistic rendering and three dimensional visualization capabilities for configurable products in the residential and commercial interior design markets. In addition, the Company offers proprietary e-business solutions, which integrate the entire design, sales, supply chain and manufacturing processes (‘‘end-to-end’’ solutions), and computer-aided engineering software and manufacturing resource planning (‘‘MRP’’) software, all of which are adapted for the interior design industry. The Company employ 300 full-time employees and its software is used in more than 25,000 points-of-sales worldwide.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the treasury offering for (i) sales and marketing, to promote its ‘‘end-to-end’’ solutions, expand its worldwide distribution capability and broaden its network of alliances, (ii) research and development, to introduce new and complementary products and services, (iii) strategic acquisitions, to enhance the functionality of its product offering, augment distribution channels and broaden its customer base and (iv) general corporate purposes.
